Moen - Bad warranty service
On hold for 30 min over moen faucet not working. Already fustrated its not working, to then be on hold for 30 minutes is horrible!
Moen - Half-Day Wait on Phone to get Warranty Service.
Waited on phone for hours (literally) to get a new cartridge for a $300 kitchen faucet (18 mos.. old) . FINALLY had to request a call-back. Was called back FOUR DAYS LATER. I wonder how many just give up? At least they made good on the warranty. Bad faucet/bad customer service. Back to Delta.

Can’t contact Moen for warranty parts
You can’t buy it for looks but it for life anymore. Spent hours trying to contact them no time slots available for callback. One and half hour hold times calling them really??? All I want is replacement parts for my so called lifetime warranty. Years ago they were fine. What happened Moen?
