I am VERY disappointed in Moen’s shower knobs. I have replaced it twice in the past 3 months due to a defective plastic stem that turns on the water valve (see attached picture).
It ALWAYs breaks in the same place, which is a strong indication the product is defective. Need to rattle your quality assurance department. Unfortunately I am forced to change out the knob to a handle, which takes away the beauty of our shower. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns.
