Moen - Great customer service
I bought a Moen bathroom faucet on August 1st and installed it a week later. After I installed it, I realized the diffuser was crooked in the spout.
I thought maybe it had just been incorrectly screwed into the spout. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the threads inside the spout were not straight. I contacted Moen, explained the problem and enclosed photos. They replied the very next day.
Since this was a defect that couldn't be remedied by new parts, they immediately said they would send me a new faucet, free, including shipping costs. It arrived shortly afterward.
I am very impressed with the prompt attention paid to my issue and with the customer service.
