i fond the part and paid for it. replacement parts co had no problem getting the part . i gave them the part # they sent the part.that simple.

spray head blew off. gave them model # no help cant use model # need picture.

i then called a company called replacement parts gave them the model# part found and shipped in less than 5 minutes.cost me 31.00 problem just good svc.moen needs to hire this co to handle the customer svc. and parts dept the one they use is a joke.strange thing when i told the lady i went to lowes and got model# off the box of the exact faucet she said o we cant use that but the company i order it from didnt have any problem with that model# just put it in her computer bingo heres your part thank you part on its way.
