I bought three high-end Moen shower heads with flexible hoses. Tried to register them online using the model numbers on the showers, boxes, etc, to no avail.
Called the customer service and waited for more than 30 minutes to speak with someone who said that the numbers are not right. I told her that if this is the beginning of my relationship with Moen, the end will not be better at all. I also tolds her that this is not her fault, in that Moen's top management needs to provide better aftermarket services.
This is totally unacceptable. I am returning the products to the vendor.
